Through our Pre Employment Transition Services (Pre ETS), students ages 14-21 with a diagnosis can complete Workplace Readiness and Job Exploration exercises through one-on-one meetings with our Youth Transition Specialist.
Students will learn to understand workplace expectations, such as making first impressions, conflict resolution in the workplace, how to prepare for an interview, and complete mock interviews.
Students will complete an online interest inventory and decide on 3-4 job interests to explore. Students will talk with real employers who are in the fields of their interest.
All services are completed with the support of a Youth Transition Specialist.
