A vacancy can occur in one of Five ways: 1. Tenant terminates his/her Lease; 2. Tenant is admitted to hospital and is not able to return to the Group Home or Apartment; 3. The Arc of North Carolina terminates the Tenant's Lease; 4. Tenant's death “ Contact The Arc North Carolina immediately for instructions; 5. Transfers* - into a vacant unit OR between two units.
